Abstract
Concha bullosa is a common anatomical variant of intranasal anatomy. Eighty-six patients who had paranasal sinus infection were evaluated with CT for lateral nasal wall variations. It was found that 22 % of the patients had concha bullosa at least on one side. It was seen that paranasal sinus infections developed without concha bullosa and on the other hand, 15 patient that operated endoscopic surgery was shown that this procedure is useful for the treatment of sinusitis in cases with concha bullosa.
