Abstract

The effects of penicilin G(P), amoxicilin + kla-vulanic acid (AMC), + ampicilin + sulbactam (SAM), cefadroxil (CFR), erythromycin (E), clarithromycin (CLR) and azithromycin (AZM) to GABHS isolated from throat smear were analyzed using Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion technique. In-vitro, P sensitivity in 220 strains found in 100%. The resistance were E in 6%, CLR in 7%, AZM in 8%, and CFR in 9% while the resistance against AMC and SAM were 0% P, AMC and SAM are still the first choise for the treatment of GABHS infections.

Özet

Boğaz sürüntülerinden izole edilen AGBHS'lara penisilin G (P), amoksisilin + klavulanik asit (AMC), ampisilin + sulbaktam (SAM), sefadroksil (CFR), erit-romisin (E), klaritromisin (CLR) ve azitromisin (AZM)'in etkileri Kirby - Bauer disk difüzyon yöntemi ile test edilmiştir. In vitro koşullarda 220 susta P duyarlılığı % 100 bulunmuştur Bunun yanında AMC ve SAM direnci % O iken, E'e % 6, CLR'e % 7, AZM'e % 8 ve CFR'e % 9 oranlarında direnç saptanmıştır. AGBHS infeksiyonların tedavisinde, P, AMC ve SAM hala ilk seçenektir.
