Abstract
Tracheabronchial foreign bodies are uncommon in adults than in children. We present a case admitted to the hospital with acute respiratory failure due to a piece of garlic aspiration. The foreign body diagnosed and removed by the flexible bronchoscopy. In this paper we discuss the diagnosis and methods of extraction of tracheabronchial foreign bodies in adults.
Özet
Trakeabronşiyal yabancı cisim erişkinlerde çocuklara göre daha nadirdir. Bu yazıda bir diş sarımsak aspirasyonu sonucu gelişen akut solunum yetersizliği ile hastaneye başvuran bir olguyu takdim ediyoruz. Yabancı cisim fleksibl bronkoskopi ile teşhis edilmiş ve çıkartılmıştır. Bu olgu nedeni ile trakeabronşiyal yabancı cisimlerin tanı ve tedavi yöntemleri tartışılmıştır.
