Hamartoma in the interlober fissure

Abstract
Pulmonary hamartoma is the most common benign tumor of the lung. Hamartomas are seen in all parts of the lung, but most often in the periphery and rarely in endotrachial parts and near the hilar parts. According to literature, there aren't any hamartoma in İnterlober fissure. In this article, hamartoma in interlobary fissure is presented.
Özet
Hamartomlar akciğerin en sık görülen benign tümörüdür. Akciğerin heryerinde görülebilirler. Ancak hilusta ve endotrakeal bölgede az sıklıkta görülürler. Literatürde İnterlober fissüre uyan bölgede hamartoma rastlanılmamıştır. Bu olguda İnterlober fissürde 6-8 cm çapında opere edilen hamartom sunulmuştur.
