Pulmonary, lymph node and tongue tuberculosis: A case report

Abstract
Fifty five year-old male patient attended to an ear-nose-throat (ENT) clinic with the compliant of throat ache, pain and a mucosal lesion of tongue. Because the histopathologic examination of the lesion of tongue reported as granulomatous glossitis, the patient presented to our clinic. We diagnosed lung and lymph node tuberculosis (TB) in addition the TB of tongue. Since TB of tongue is a rare condition, case presentation is given with related medical literature information.
Özet
Elli beş yaşında erkek hasta. Bir ay önce boğaz ağrısı, dilde yara ve ağrı yakınmaları ile gittiği kulak-burun-boğaz (KBB) kli¬niğinde dildeki ülserden biyopsi alınmış ve tüberküloz (TB) ile uyumlu granülomatöz glossit tanısıyla hastanemize gönderilmiş. Kliniğimizde dil TB'sine ek olarak akciğer ve lenf bezi TB tanısı da kondu. Dil, TB'nin nadir görülen bir yerleşim yeri olması nedeniyle olgumuzu literatür bilgileri eşliğinde sunmayı uygun gördük.
