The relation between concrete, formwork and reinforcement cost with total cost of the educational buildings

Abstract
Project management concept is becoming a current issue in recent years. Especially the construction firms show great interest in project management. In this study, cumulative cost was estimated by applying concrete, formwork and reinforcement costs into regression method to facilitate and gain time for a project manager or a cost estimator.
Özet
Proje yönetimi son yıllarda önemli bir olgu haline gelmiştir. Bu olgu özellikle inşaat firmaları açısından çok daha önemlidir. Bu çalışmada proje yöneticisinin veya maliyet tahmini yapan birimin ismi kolaylaştırmak ve zamandan kazandırmak için ayrı ayrı beton, kalıp ve demir maliyetlerinden yola çıkarak toplam maliyet tahmin edilmeye çalışılmış ve bu aşamada regresyon yöntemi kullanılmıştır.
