Abstract
Retirement is the last stage of the career. With the duration of retirement, some changes happen in social position. With these changes, the retired’s accommodotion of new roles is necessary. In this study, the notion of retirement is analyzed in the legal, psychologic, economic and social dimensions of retirement.
Özet
İnsan kariyerinin son aşaması emekliliktir. Emeklilik süreciyle birlikte toplumsal konumda bazı değişimler meydana gelmektedir. Bu değişimlerle birlikte emeklinin yeni rollere uyumu gerekmektedir. Yapılan çalışmada emeklilik kavramı, emekliliğin hukuki, psikolojik, ekonomik ve sosyal boyutu içinde değerlendirilmiştir.
