Abstract

The study on the isolation of microalgae with the agar plate. In this study, The microalgae species of Scenedesmus sp., Coelastmm sp., Phomidium sp. and Gomphonema sp. isolated from the lake by the capillary pipette and streak plate methods. It is necessary to obtain axeriic (bacteria-free) cultures for many physiological and biochemical purposes, but their preparation depend on dexerity, experience and patience. It was concluded that the agar plates method is practical, applicable and concluded in short periods.

Bu çalışmada, kılcal pipet izolasyonu ile katı besin yerine ekim yöntem ile Seyhan Baraj Gölü'nden alınan örneklerde Scenedesmus sp., Coelastrurn sp., Phormidium sp. ve Gomphonema sp. türlerinin ayırımı gerçekleştirilmiştir. Fizyolojik ve biyokimyasal çalışmalar için gerekli olan aksenik (bakterisiz) kültürleri .elde etmek için beceri, deneyim ve sabır gerektirmektedir. Bu çalışmada katı besi yeri üzerinde mikroalg izolasyonunun uygulanması kolay, pratik ve kısa zamanda kesin sonuçların alınabileceği bir yöntem olduğu görüşüne varılmıştır.
