A preliminary study on fishing wit lift net around nert cages units

Ağ kafes üniteleri etrafındaki balıkların kaldırma ağı ile avcılığı üzerine bir ön çalışma

Abstract

Lots of fishes are gathered around the fish cage units, owing to feeding. Catching of these species provide income both net cage owners and economy. One of the catching methods for these species is catching with lift net. In this study, various trials were done around the fish cage units with lift net, which is successfully used in Japanese, Philiphines, Endonesia, etc. and its catchability was tried to establish. In the study, total 11 species were caught. The most caught fish from all species are Bogue (Boops hoops'), Squids (Loligo vulgaris), Salema (Sarpa salpa), Horse makarel (Trachurus trachurus), Mullet (Chelon labrasus) . Fishing was made in the daytime and at night. Catching rate during the day and at night was found %83.71, and %16.29, respectively. That shows us the night fishing is more efficient than the day time fishing.

Keban Ağ kafes üniteleri etrafına yemlemeden dolayı bir çok balık toplanmaktadır. Bu türlerin yakalanması, hem ağ kafes sahiplerine hem de ekonomiye ayrı bir katkı sağlayacaktır. Türlerin yakalanması için denenen yöntemlerin bir tanesi de kaldırma ağlan ile avcılıktır. Bu çalışmada Japonya, Filipinler, Endonezya, v.b. gibi Uzakdoğu Ülkeleri'nde başarılı bir şekilde uygulanmakta olan kaldırma ağının, ağ kafes üniteleri etrafında toplanan çeşitli türlerin yakalanması amacı ile avcılık denemeleri yapılmış ve verimliliği tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada, toplam 11 tür yakalanmıştır. En fazla yakalanan türler, Kupes (Boops boops), Kalamar (Loligo vulgaris), Sarpa (Sarpa salpa) istavrit (Trachurus trachurus), Kefal (Chelon labrasus)'dir. Avcılık gündüz ve gece yapılmıştır. Toplam avcılık içinde gündüz ve gece yakalama oranı, sırasıyla %83.71 ve %16.29 olarak gerçekleşmiştir.
