The study on the relationships among carapace/total length and weight of kuruma shrimp (Penaeus japonicus bate,1888) from a culture enviroment accorrding to the different regression models

Abstract
In the present study, the relationships between three different morphometric measurements (carapace/total length and weight) of kuruma shrimp (P. japonicus) were studied according to the different regression models. When body weight was regressed on carapace/total length, power model was found as a powerful, R2 and the equations were $R^2$ = 0.984, y = $0.166X^{2.77}$ and $R^2$ = 0.988, y = $0.004X^{3.233}$, respectively. When carapace length regressed on total length, linear model was foud as a powerful, $R^2$ and the equation were $R^2$ = 0.982, y = 1.230 + 2.265X.

Bu çalışmada, kuruma karidesi (P.japonicus)'mn üç farklı morfometrik ölçümlerinin (karapas/total boy ve ağırlık) arasındaki ilişkiler farklı regresyon modelleri altında incelenmiştir. Vücut ağırlığı ile karapas/total boy arasındaki ilişki incelendiğinde power modeli güçlü bir model olarak bulunmuş, R2 ve eşitlikler sırası ile R2 = 0.984, y = $0.166X^{2.77}$ ve $R2^$ = 0.988, y = $0.004X^{3.233}$ olarak belirlenmiştir. Karapas boy ile total boy arasındaki ilişkide ise, linear modelin güçlü olduğu ve $R^2$ ile eşitliğin $R^2$ =0.982, y=1.230 + 2.265X olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
