Structural properties of serial tunel formwork systems and its problems in public housing

Abstract
In this study, serial tunnel formwork systems are investigated in terms of structural properties and problems in public housing. The formwork is very expensive facility either in structures or in infrastructures, also it drives new technological developments. With this system, it is possible to construct buildings more quickly than conventional system. This recently developed building system has one body structural component that provides more safety against earthquake. Hence, the problems of structures which is built by tunnel formwork and its effect on the structures have to be well understood.
Özet
Bu çalışmada, seri kalıp teknolojisinde tünel kalıp sistemlerin yapısal özellikleri ve toplu konutlarda meydana gelen yapısal sorunlar incelenmiştir. Gerek üst yapı, gerekse alt yapı inşaatlarının maliyetinde en önemli girdi olan kalıp, aynı zamanda teknolojik yapı üretiminin lokomotifidir. Tünel kalıp sistemi ile geleneksel yapım yöntemlerine göre çok daha hızlı konut üretimi gerçekleştirilebilmektedir. Bu çağdaş yapım sistemi tek parça özelliğinden dolayı depreme dayanıklı yapım türlerindendir. Bu yüzden tünel kalıp ile üretilen yapılardaki sorunların iyi bilinmesi ve yapı üzerine etkisi iyi anlaşılmalıdır.
