Constant – Ratio Bertrand Curves in Euclidean Space

Abstract

In this study, we investigate contant ratio Bertrand curves in . The constant ratio curves are introduced and their characterzations are stated. Then, twisted curve, curve, -constant curve and -constant curve are studied. Moreover, it is proved that how to express -curves in terms of differentiable functions depending on the curvature and torsion of curve. As a conclusion of this expression, some results are obtained on constant ratio Bertrand curves. Finally, it is proved that Bertrand curve couple of a given either - constant or first kind - constant plane curve is also a - constant and -constant curve.

Özet

Bu çalışmada, uzayında sabit oranlı Bertrand eğri çiftleri ele alınmıştır. Sabit oranlı eğrileri tanıtıp ve bunların bazı karakterizasyonları ifade edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte burulmuş (twisted) eğrisi, eğrisi, - sabit ve - sabit eğrisi üzerine çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca bir eğrisini, eğrinin eğrilik ve burulma fonksiyonlarına bağlı diferansiyellenebilir fonksiyonlar cinsinden nasıl ifade edildiği ispatlanmıştır. Bu ifade edilişin sonucu olarak sabit oranlı Bertrand eğri çiftleri ile ilgili bazı sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Son olarak, hem - sabit hem de birinci türden - sabit olan düzlemsel bir eğrinin Bertrand eğri çiftinin de - sabit ve - sabit olabileceği ispatlanmıştır.
