A case of cutaneous tuberculosis with atypical localization

Abstract
Chest radiograph of a 15-year-old male patient showed infiltration. There were ulcerated lesions in the dorsal and axillary region. Histopathologic ex¬amination and acid-fast bacilli results were evaluated as cutaneous tu¬berculosis. The case is of interest because of the rarity of cutaneous tu¬berculosis and its dorsal localization.
Özet
Merkezimize başvuran 15 yaşındaki erkek hastanın akciğer grafisinde in-filtrasyon, sırtında ve koltuk altında ülsere lezyonlar görüldü. Bu lez-yonların histopatolojik tetkiki ve AR8 kültür sonucu deri tüberkülozu ola¬rak değerlendirildi. Günümüzde deri tüberkülozu az görüldüğünden ve sırtta yerleşimi nadir olduğundan sunmayı uygun gördük.
