Emergency anesthetic approach to a patient with hyperthyroidizm

Abstract
Untreated hyperthyroidism during pregnancy is associated with increased maternal and perinatal morbidity. We present the anesthetic approach to a 25-year-old patient with hyperthyroidism, in whom emergency cesarean section was planned because of fetal distress syndrome.

Gebelik sırasında tedavi edilmemiş hipertiroidi, yüksek maternal ve perinatal morbiditeye yol açabilir. Bu yazıda, fetal distres nedeniyle acil sezaryen seksiyo yapılan ve hipertiroidi kliniği gösteren 25 yaşında bir hastaya yönelik anestezik yaklaşım sunuldu.
