A rare complication of laser treatment for retınopathy of prematurity: anterior segment ıschemia and choroidal detachment

Abstract
Laser photocoagulation is the frequently used method for the treatment of retinopathy of prematurity. Herein, we report a premature infant with bilateral aggressive posterior retinopathy of prematurity who had unilateral anterior segment ische- mia, choroidal detachment and cataract following bilateral transpupillary diode laser photocoagulation.
Özet
Prematüre retinopatisi tedavisinde sıklıkla uygulanan tedavi yöntemi lazer fotokoagülasyondur. Bu yazıda bilateral agresif posterior prematüre retinopatisi tanısıyla bilateral transpupiller diod lazer fotokoagülasyon uygulanmasını takiben tek gözde ön segment iskemisi, koroid dekolmanı ve katarakt gelişen bir olgu anlatılmaktadır.
