Abstract
Dislocation of lens fragments into the vitreous cavity is an uncommon but serious complication of cataract surgery. On the other hand, intraocular lens luxations represent complication of cataract surgery in the early period. Late in-the-bag dislocation of the IOL has been reported with increasing frequency in recent years. In this review, we discuss the causes and management of dislocated lens material and IOL

Vitreusa düşen lens parçaları katarakt ameliyatının sık olmayan fakat ciddi komplikasyonlarındandır. Diğer taraftan, göz içi lens (GİL) luksasyonu erken dönemde katarakt ameliyatının bir komplikasyonu olarak gelişebilir. Geç dönem kapsül içi GİL dislokasyonları ise son yıllarda giderek artan sıklıkta bildirilmeye başlanmıştır. Bu makalede disloke lens parçaları ve GİL lerin nedeni ve tedavisi tartışılmıştır
