Abstract
Papillophlebitis is a self limiting, pathologic condition which presents with unilateral optic disk edema and normal optic nerve functions. In this case report, we aimed to discuss the differential diagnosis of unilateral optic disk edema in a 66 year-old male who was taking 200 mg amiodarone daily due to atrial fi brillation.
Özet
Papilloflebit normal optik sinir fonksiyonlarıyla birlikte tek taraflı optik sinir ödemiyle seyreden ve çoğunlukla kendiliğinden gerileyen bir durumdur. Bu yazıda 1 yıldır atrial fibrilasyon nedeniyle 200 mg/gün amiodaron kullanmakta olan 66 yaşında erkek hastada gelişen tek taraflı optik sinir ödeminin nedenlerinin ayrıcı tanısını sunmayı amaçladık.
