Abstract
Nanophthalmos is an uncommon developmental ocular disorder characterized by small eye. Various retinal fi ndings including pigmentary retinopathy, crowded optic disc, bull’s eye maculopathy, uveal effusion, serous retinal detachment and retinal macrocyst can be scan in patients with nanophthalmos. In this case report , we present a 72 years old patient diagnosed with bilateral retinal macrocyst and discuss clinical fi ndings of nanophthalmos and differential diagnosis of retinal macrocysts .
