Fe- $F_{3}C$ ikili denge diyagramının bilgisayarda modellenmesi

Abstract

In this study, it is tried to develop a computer modelling, which is able to show iron-iron carbide diagram, percentages of the phases view of the microstructure and lattice structures. Theoretical information and microstructure photographs of the parameters which are mentioned above were loaded on this programme. The running of the meddling was performed successfully. It is hope that it can be used in teaching of the materials sciences lectures in the technical collages, technical education and engineering faculties by this programme.

Özet

Bu makalede, demir-sementit (Fe-F3C) ikili denge diyagramını, üzerindeki faz oranlarını, mikroyapisını ve aynı zamanda kristal kafeslerini gösterebilen bir bilgisayar modellemesi yapıldı. Bu belirtilen parametreler hakkındaki teorik bilgiler ve nıikroyapi fotoğrafları modelleme programı içerisine yüklendi. Bu modelleme Delphi bilgisayar yazılım programı kullanılarak yapıldı. Programın işleyişi başarı ile gerçekleştirildi. Program yardımıyla, Teknik ve Endüstri Meslek Liselerinde, Teknik Eğitim ve Mühendislik Fakültelerinin Malzeme Bilimi ders içeriği kapsamı doğrHİtusunda, eğitim ve öğretim de başarı ile uygulanabileceği umut edilmektedir.
