Abstract

Globalization created the substantial amount of money to move cross- border and it has considerable impact on the derivative markets, banks and country economies. Besides this developments, the outcome of the financial products before the regulations generated the financial risks. The countries could not have the fast actions against the crises so it caused the impacts to be a global matter. The global financial crise became the world’s most important agenda and the remedies in January 2009 started to be announced. The decisions of the countries to solve the financial crise and their effects on US, EU, Developing Countries and Turkey are examined. The dimension of the decisions and the required financial structure for Turkish economy is analyzed at the last section.

Özet

Küreselleşme neticesinde dünyada serbest dolaşan paranın , oluşturulan türev piyasalara, bankala-ra ve ülkelerin ekonomileri üzerine etkileri büyüktür. Buna karşılık finansal ürünlerin denetimden önce gelişmesi ile finansal riskler ortaya çıkmaktadır. Kriz için ülkelerin kararlarda hızlı hareket edememesi ise krizin küresel boyutunu ortaya çıkarmıştır. Küresel finansal krizin gelişmesi ile alınan tedbirler, 2009 başı itibariyle analiz edilmiştir. Finansal krizi önlemek için ülkelerin aldığı kararlar ve bunların ABD, AB, Gelişmekte Olan Ülkeler ve Türkiye’ye olan etkileri incelenmiştir. Alınan kararların dünyadaki boyutları ve Türkiye ekonomisi için oluşması gereken yapı da sonuçlar kısmında belirtilmiştir.
