Abstract
The sequential IMA usage in the coronary artery bypass surgery was performed in the 35 patients who need to graft both left anterior descending artery and diagonal artery. In the long term, graft patency ratio at postoperative 10 years was 70 % and event-free survival rate at postoperative 10 years was 87 %. The improvement of segmenter wall motion in the LAD region was significant. In conclusion; the use of sequential IMA bypass have provided acceptable ratios in the selected patients for long-term targets of coronary artery bypass surgery.
