Abstract

Coronary artery bypass surgery was applied to 25 patients with depressive ventricle between the years 1993-1996 in our clinic. All of our patients have 3 vessel lesion. The average of preoperative E.F. was 25%±4.4. The average number of distal anastomosis was 3. The postoperative average of E.F. of our patients in the tenth day increase to 30%±4.4. (P<0.005). Ve demonstrated the improving of the patients with depressive ventricle and whose E.F. is below 30%, in the postoperative short-term period. We determined this by the meaningful rising in resting left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF).

Özet

Kliniğimizde 1993-1996 yılları arasında 25 depresif ventriküllü hastaya aortokoroner bypass cerrahisi uygulandı. Hastalarımızın tepsinin 3 damar lezyonu vardı. Preoperatif ortalama Ejeksiyon fraksiyonu (E.F.) %25±4,6 idi. Ortalama distal anastomoz sayımız 3'tü. Hastalarımızın postoperatif 10. gündeki ortalama E.F.'leri %30±4,4'e yükseldi (P<0,005). Biz bu çalışmamızda %30'un altında E.F. 'si olan deprese ventriküllü hastalarda postoperatif erken evredeki iyileşmeyi gösterdik, Bunu istirahat Sol ventrikül ejeksiyon fraksiyonundaki (LVEF) anlamlı yükselme ile belirledik.
