Abstract
Midventricular Hypertrophy with Apical Aneurysm and Ventricular Tachycardia Midventricular obstruction which was first described by Folicov in 1975 is a manifestation of hypertrophie cardiomyopathy.In this case report a patient who was admitted to emergency room with chest pain and ventricular tachycardia and was given trombolytic theraphy because of myocardial infarction with normal coronary angiyography and ecocardiographic evidence of midventricular obstruction has been presented.

İlk kez 1975 ' de Falicov tarafından tanımlanan midventriküler obstrüksiyon hipertrofik kardiyomiyopatinin nadir görülen bir tipidir. Burada göğüs ağrısı ve ventriküler takikardi ile acil servise başvuran ve myokardiyal infarktüs tanısı ile trombolitik tedavi verilen,koroner anjiyografısi normal olan ve ekokardiyografide midventriküler obstrüksiyon saptanan bir hasta sunulmuştur
