Abstract
Neurological complications still affect mortality and morbidity of congenital heart diseases in developing countries. Fallot Tetralogy is the most frequently encountered disease related with cerebral abscess and cerebral thrombosis. Three cases followed up with the diagnosis of tetralogy of Fallot who have neurological symptoms for 10 days have been discussed in terms of clinical symptoms, pathogenesis and prognosis. Intracranial complications should be kept in mind for the patients who have a history of congenital heart disease and present to the emergency department with neurological symptoms.
