Abstract
Coronary arteriovenous fistula is a rarely observed abnormality in clinical practice. it usually is isolated congenital anomaly. Complications such as endocarditis, myocardial infarction, and aneurysm formation might occured during the natural course. We presented two cases, with interesting features. The first has been diagnosed after the total corrective repair of tetralogy of Fallot, and the other one has two coronary arteriovenous fistula draining into right ventricle.
