Abstract
High-perfarmance fıghter aircraft able to produce high-sustain G forces during flight. G-LAB is a pilot training device which can simulate +Gz which pilots expose in flight environment. ECG changing are expecting during G-LAB training. Some of the pilots loss their consciousnes. because of G forces (G induced loss of consciousness- G LOC) during training. in this study we search is there any difference of the ECGfindings in between these the group which loss of consciousness and the group which not loss of consciousness. MATERIALAND METHODS: We record the ECG during the training. Especially, we search far the early symptoms which pathognomonic far GLOC. RESULTS: The ECG fındings had been compared far detect any pathognomonic symptoms far G-LOC in two groups which has nearly sam> subjects. We are not able tofınd neither early symptoms nor ECGfinding (VPS, CVPS, VT, APS, SVT, SA, DB and SAB) difference between thes< two groups. CONCLUSION: We agree that because of the previous examination \vhich the pilots should be decided healthy befare G-LAB training, mon investigationfar ECGfindings are not necessary.
