Abstract
Primary coronary intervention (PCI) is a milestone in the treatment of ST elevated myocardial infarction. Although it is performed as a standart therapy in the most cardiac centers, there isn’t any common consensus to treat failed PCI patients. Here, we present a case about successful reperfusion of infarct related coronary artery with tirofiban infusion after failed PCI
Özet
Primer koroner girişim (PKG) ST elevasyonlu miyokard infarktüsü tedavisinde önemli bir dönüm noktası oluşturmuştur. Çoğu merkezde standart tedavi olarak miyokard infarktüsü hastalarına uygulanmasına karşın, başarısız PKG sonrası nasıl bir tedavi uygulanacağı konusunda ortak fikir birliği yoktur. Olgumuz başarısız PKG sonrası tirofiban infüzyonu ile infarkttan sorumlu koroner arterde reperfüzyonun sağlanmasını anlatmaktadır.
