Abstract
Dual antiplatelet therapy has a pivotal role in the treatment of coronary artery disease. Recent advances related oral antiplatelet ther- apy have led to changes in the our clinical practice. This review summarizes the use of oral dual antiplatelet therapy in the coronary ar- tery disease based on current guidelines

Koroner arter hastalığında ikili antitrombosit tedavi önemli bir yere sahiptir. Oral antitrombosit tedavide ortaya çıkan yeni bilgiler gün- lük pratiğimizi değiştirmektedir. Bu yazıda, güncel kılavuzlara dayalı olarak koroner arter hastalığında oral ikili antitrombosit tedavi öne- rilerini gözden geçireceğiz.
