Semi-voluntary luxation of the globe

Abstract
There was no orbital or systemic pathology in the patient who had luxation of the globe following separation of the lids, during the ophthalmologic examination. The globe returned to its normal position by pressure to the sclera. Semi voluntary luxation has been attributed to the laxity of the orbital connective tissue, muscles and lids.

Muayene sırasında kapakların birbirinden ayrılmasını takiben glob lüksasyonu gelişen erkek hastada, glob normal pozisyonuna kapaklar açılıp skleraya bastırılarak dönmüş, kalıcı bozukluk oluşmamıştır. Lüksasyon, orbital bağ dokusu, kas ve kapakların gevşekliğine bağlanmış, orbital veya sistemik bir patoloji saptanmamıştır.
