A possible toxic endophthalmitis following intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide İnjection

Abstract
Intravitreal triamcinoione acetonide injection is known to be effective in the treatment ofmacular edema due to various causes. One of the most disasterous complications is the development of endophthalmitis. Here the course of a toxic endophthalmitis case following injection which improved in short time after treatment is being presented.
Özet
intravitreal triamsinolon asetonit enjeksiyonu çeşitli nedenlerle oluşan makula ödemi tedavisinde etkili bir tedavi yöntem olduğu bilinmektedir. En korkutucu komplikasyonlardan birisi ise endoftalmi gelişimidir. Burada enjeksiyon sonrası gelişen bir toksik endoftalmi olgusunun seyri ve kısa süre içerisinde tedaviye verdiği olumlu yanıt sunulmaktadır.
