Sanayide enerji tasarruf potansiyeli-II

Abstract

The energy saving methods that we investigated in the previous study were: installing high efficiency motors, repairing air leaks, using low pressure air for the compressed air systems and providing the compressor inlet air from outside. These methods are used to evaluate the energy amount that can be saved in the industrial plants and its financial value. In this study, the energy saving methods that we investigate are: (1) preheating the combustion air. (2) recovering the heat from the waste fluid, (3) insulating hot and cold surfaces, (4) reducing the unload time, (5) changing the standard V-type belts with high efficiency belts. For each method, examples are given from different cities of Turkey and from Arizona and Nevada in USA. In these examples, the amount of the saved energy, financial evaluation of this energy, investment cost and pay back period are calculated.

bir önceki çalışmada sanayi tesislerinde tasarruf edilebilecek enerji miktarı ile bunun malı değerinin hesabı ıçin gerekli prosedürlerden, yüksek verimli motor kullanılması, basınçlı hava sistemlerinde düşük basınçlı hava kullanılması, basınçlı hava sistemindeki kaçakların önlenmesi ve kompresör emiş havasının dış ortamdan alınması durumlarında elde edilebilecek tasarruf imkanları araştırılmıştı. Çalışmanın bu bölümünde ele alınan başlıca tasarruf imkanları ise: (1) yakma havasının ısıtılması, (2).kirlenmiş akışkandan ısı geri kazanımı, (3) sıcak ve soğuk yüzeylerin izolasyonu, (4) boşta çalışma süresinin azaltılması. (5) standart V-kayışları yüksek verimli olanlar ile değiştirilmesidır. Her bir tasarruf potansiyeli için; Türkiye'nin değişik illerinde ve ABD'nin Arizona ,ve Nevada eyaletlerindeki farklı sanayi tesislerinde gerçekleştirilmiş enerji tasarrufu çalışmalarından örnekler verilmiştir. Bu örneklerde tasarruf miktarı, tasarrufun mali karşılığı, yatırım tutarı ve geri ödeme süreleri hesaplanmıştır.
