Robotik kaynak sistemleri ve gelişme istikametleri

Abstract

As a result of rapid rise in population today, there has been an increasing demand on different types of products, therefore in manufacturing systems there have been extraordinary developments. As a consequence of expanding the automation-based manufacturing system that was suggested in the middle of last century, optimisation age was passed through; and the 'robot' era that allows to increase productivity by decreasing investment costs, increase quality level with production rate, and provide more humanitarian working conditions has begun. In this study, main points that are required to be considered in deciding robot utilization, different robotic configurations, robotic arc welding equipment and robotic applications were studied. In addition to this, distribution of robots in different countries and suggestions for future were presented.

Özet

Günümüzde hızlı nüfus artışının doğal bir sonucu olarak farklı türdeki ürünlere olan talep giderek artmakta, dolayısıyla da imalat sistemlerinde olağanüstü gelişmeler meydana gelmektedlr.Geçtiğimiz yüzyılın yarısında ortaya atılan otomasyona dayalı imalat sistemi genişleyerek optimizasyon devrine geçilmiş, prodüktiviteyi arttırarak yatırım masraflarını azaltan, daha fazla üretim yapmanın yanı sıra kaliteyi de yükselten ve bu arada çok daha insancıl çalışma koşulları sunan 'robotlar' devri başlamıştır. Bu çalışmada robot kullanımına karar vermede gözetlenmesi gereken noktalar, değişik robot konfigürasyonları, robot ark kaynağı donanımları ile robotik uygulamalar incelenerek çeşitli ülkelerdeki robotların dağılımı ve geleceğe dönük öngörüler sunulmuştur.
