Determining haematological parameters of Leuciscus cephalus population in Demirdöven Dam Lake

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine haemotological parameters of Leuciscus cephalus population, dominant species of Demirdöven Dam Lake (Pasinler-Erzurum). The common haematology parameters, ESR (Erythrocytes-Sedimentation Rate), RBC (Red Blood Cell), WBC (White Blood Cell), Pit (Platelets), HCT (Haematocrit), Hb (Haemoglobin), MCV (Mean Erythrocytes Volume), MCH and MCHC values were determined as respectively; 1 mm/h, $1,4 x10^6/mm^3, 18x10^3/mm^3, 1,5 x10^3/mm^3$, 37 %, 10 g/100 ml, 272/$mm^3$, 70 pg and 26 %.

Bu araştırmada Erzurum ili Pasinler ilçesi Demirdöven Baraj Gölü' nün dominant türü olan Tathsu Kefali (Leuciscus cephalus}'nin kan parametre, standartlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yaygın olarak kullanılan hematolojik parametrelerden ESR (Eritrosit-Sedimantasyon Oranı), RBC (Eritrosit Sayısı), WBC (Toplam Lökosit Sayısı), Pit (Trombosit Sayısı), HCT (Hematokrit), Hb (Hemoglobin), MCV (Ortalama Eritrosit Hacmi), MCH (Eritrosit Başına Düşen Ortalama Hemoglobin Miktarı) ve MCHC değerleri sırasıyla; l mm/saat, $1,4x10^6/mm^3, 18x10^3/mm^3, 1,5 x10^4/mm^3$, % 37, 10 g/100 ml, 272/$mm^3$, 70 pg ve % 26 olarak belirlenmiştir
