Abstract
Rothmund-Thomson .Syndrome is an autosomal recessive disease that may be accompanied by development abnormalities. Etiology of the disease has been postulated to DNA repair deficiency and intestinal anomaly has been very rarely. The case of RTS.admitted with dysphagia due to esophagus stenosis and his complaints disappeared completely after esophagus dilatation, was discussed in the light. of literature acknowledgement.
Özet
Rothmund-Thomson Sendromu (RTS), gelişim bozuklukları ile birlikte olabilen ve seyrek görülen otozomal resesif geçişli kalıtsal bir sendromdur. Etyolojisinde DNA tamir bo-zukluğu olduğu öne sürülen hastalıkta intestinal anomalilere çok nadir rastlanmaktadır. Özofagus stenozuna bağlı yutma güçlüğü nedeniyle başvuran ve dilatasyon sonrası yakınmaları tamamen düzelen RTS olgusu literatür bilgileri ışığında tartışıldı
