Abstract

Due to lack of treatment methods of deep venous insufficiency, the femoral vein external taping is being increasingly used method for this purpose. In this case, in a patient with grade 4 venous insufficiency in the superficial femoral vein, unlike known conventional treatment, narrowing of femoral vein successfully by venocuff II external tape is presented.

Özet

Derin venöz yetmezlikte femoral venin eksternal olarak bantlanması bu konudaki tedavi yöntemlerin yetersizliği nedeniyle giderek yaygınlaşan bir yöntemdir. Bu olgu sunumunda da, süperfisial femoral vende grade 4 venöz yetmezlik olan bir hastanın, bilinen geleneksel tedaviden farklı olarak, femoral venin venocuff II eksternal bant uygulanarak başarılı bir şekilde daraltılması işlemi sunuldu.
