An empirical research about the problems ofaccounting profession staffs in the course of their activities at the government agencies

Muhasebe meslek mensuplarının faaliyetlerı sırasında kamu kurumlarında karşılastıkları sorunlara ilişkin ampirik bir araştırma

Abstract

Accounting profession staffs are in interactions with different sides of society. Because of this, they face with numerous problems in their professional career. The aim of this research is to determine the problems of accounting profession staffs in their activities with government agencies. For this purpose, a poll consisting of 34 items was administered to 114 accounting profession staffs who have operations in Izmir and Erzurum province centers. Statistical analyses were used while assessing the data. According to the results taken from research it is defined that accountants have problems because of civil servant's lack of knowledge, bureaucratic and legal cases. Solutions are suggested about these problems at the conclusion part of research.

Özet

Muhasebe meslek mensupları toplumun çesitli kesimleriyle etkilesim içerisindedirler. Bu sebeple meslek hayatında çok sayıda problemle karsılasmaktadırlar. Bu çalısmanın amacı, muhasebe meslek mensuplarının kamu kurumlarıyla olan faaliyetleri sırasında karsılastıkları sorunları tespit etmektir. Bunun için 34 maddeden olusan anket soruları İzmir ve Erzurum il merkezlerinde faaliyet gösteren 114 meslek mensubuna uygulanmıstır. Verilerin degerlendirilmesinde istatistiksel analizler kullanılmıstır. Arastırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre muhasebecilerin; memurların bilgi eksikligi, bürokratik ve yasal konularda sorun yasadıkları tespit edilmistir. Çalısmanın sonuç bölümünde bu sorunlara iliskin çözüm önerilerinde bulunulmustur.
