Synthesis of ɣ-glutamyl β-cyanoalanine precursor

Özet

The synthesis of precursors of neurotoxic ɣ-glutamyl β-cyanoalanine was developed starting from L-Serine via through the preparation of -cyanoalanine and glutamyl units. Coupling of these two intermediates gave methyl ester of ɣ-glutamyl β-cyanoalanine precursor.
