Abstract
The pollen morphology of some Turkish Artemisia L. (Compositae) species, Artemisia santonicum L, A. taurica Willd. and A. spicigera C. Koch, the classification of which is complicated, were examined comparatively under light (LM) and skannihg electron (SEM) microscopes. Each species has been described palynologically. The objective was to find a palynological solution for the taxonomical problems of the species. They were distinguised from each other on the basis of pollen shape and size.
Özet
Sınıflandırılmaları problemli olan bazı Türkiye Artemisia L (Compositae) türleri Artemisia santonicum L, A. taurica Willd. ve A. spicigera C. Koch.'nın polen morfolojisi ışık mikroskobu ve taramalı elektron mikroskobu altında karşılaştırmalı olarak incelendi. Her tür palinolojik olarak betimlendi. Çalışmanın amacı türlerin taksonomik problemlerine palinolojik çözüm bulmaktır. Türler birbirinden polen şekli ve boyutuna dayalı olarak ayırt edildi.
