Mogan Gölü (Ankara-Türkiye) sularından bazı mikroalglerin izolasyonu

Abstract

Five algae species were isolated from a freshwater lake, and unicellular or single coenobia cultures were prepared. When these species were identified, it was found that two strains belonged to Scenedesmus obliquus (Turp.) Kütz. (Scenedesmaceae), one strain to S. kissii Hortob. {Scenedesmaceae). The remainig strains were identified as Kirchneriella lunaris (Kirch.) Moebius (Oocystaceae) and Chlorella vulgaris Beyerinck (Chlorellaceae). Except S. bicellularis, all of the Scenedesmus species produced single cells and 2, 4-celled coenobia (S. obliquus produced also 8-celled coenobia) in BG 11 media including soil extract in erlenmayer flask cultures. S. bicellularis only produced 2 and 4-celled coenobia. Four celled coenobia of S. kissii has three spines in the middle and on the lateral walls of the outer cells. The inner cells of this species have a spine on each cell pole.

Bu çalışmada, bir tatlı su gölünden izole edilen beş alg türünün tek hücre ya da coenobia kültürleri hazırlanmıştır. Bu türler Scenedesmus obliquus (Turp.) Kütz. (Scenedesmaceae), S. kissii Hortob. (Scenedesmaceae), S. bicellularis Chod. (Scenedesmaceae), Kirchneriella lunaris, (Kirch.) Moebius (Oocystaceae) ve Chlorella vulgaris Beyerinck (Chlorellaceae) dir. S. bicellularis hariç bütün Scenedesmustürlerinin toprak ekstraktı içeren BG 11 ortamında erlenmayerlerde tek hücre ve 2,4 hücreli coenobia (S. obliquus 8 hücreli coenobia oluşturmaktadır) oluşturduğu görülmüştür. S. bicellulars sadece 2 ve 4 hücreli coenobia oluşturmaktadır. S. kissii tarafından oluşturulan 4 hücreli coenobia dış hücrelerin yan duvarlarında ve ortasında olmak üzere üç, orta hücrelerin herbir hücre ucunda ise birer uzantıya sahiptir.
