Abstract

Hemothorax is a serious clinical situation which necessitates early diagnosis and treatment. In this case report we present a hydro-hemothorax case due to misplacement of a central jugular venous catheter in the thoracal cavity after general anesthesia for atrial septal defect operation.

Özet

Hemotoraks erken tanı ve tedavi gerektiren ciddi bir klinik durumdur. Bu olgu sunumunda atriyal septal defekt operasyonu için genel anestezi ile uyutulduktan sonra yanlışlıkla toraks boşluğuna ilerletilmiş santral juguler ven kateterine bağlı olarak görülen hidro-hemotoraks olgusunu sunmaktayız.
