High grade neuroendocrine tumors of the lung: A case report

Abstract
Neuroendocrine tumors of the lung differs from each other by their histological and biological features.We diagnosed a large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma at the superior lobe of the lung and small cell carcinoma at the inferior lobe of the lung. We discussed 62 years old male patient with clinical and pathological features.

Akciğerin nöroendokrin tümörleri histolojik özellikleri ve biyolojik davranışları açısından farklılıklar gösterir. Biz sağ üst lobda büyük hücreli nöroendokrin karsinom ve alt lobunda küçük hücreli karsinom tespit ettiğimiz 62 yaşındaki erkek hastayı klinik ve patolojik özellikleri ile tartıştık.
