Abstract

Epitheloid hemangioendothelioma is a rare neoplasm of vascular origin whose etiology is not known. Its clinical course and prognosis are variable and unpredictable. In this report, we present a case of epitheloid hemangioendothelioma of liver which is frequently misdiagnosed as metastatic adenocarcinoma.

Özet

Epiteloid hemanjioendotelyoma damar kökenli, nadir görülen ve etyolojisi bilinmeyen bir neoplazidir. Klinik gidişi ve prognozu değişken olup, önceden bilinemez. Bu yazıda sıklıkla metastatik adenokarsinom ile karıştırılabilmesi ve nadir görülmesi nedeniyle bir hepatik epiteloid hemanjioendotelyoma vakası sunulmuştur
