Abstract
Association of pyloric atresia (PA) with epidermolysis büllosa (EB) is uncommon but a well-known entity. Junctional type epidermolysis büllosa (JEB) is the most frequent associated type. This type almost universally results in death with gastroenteropathy, malnutrition, secondary bacterial infections and related complications. Electron microscopy is the most sensitive technique giving details for the diagnosis and classification of EB. Here, we present a case of PA associated with EB and its electron microscopic findings.
