Kısa jinekolojik girişimlerde propofol ile propofol + alfentanil'in karşılaştırılması

Abstract

This study was performed on 43 unpremeditated ASA I patients undergoing short gynecologic procedures. In group P, propofol 2 mg/kg was administered Jor the induction of anesthesia. On the other hand, propofol 1.5 mg/kg was given following alfentanil 5 \ag/kg in group A. ECG, noninvasive blood pressure, heart rate and O2 saturations of the patients were monitorized during the pro¬cedure. Induction, anesthetic and emergence characteristics of the groups were compared. According to our data, propofol is a good anesthetic choice Jor outpatient anesthesia in short gynecological procedures.

Çalışma, elektif kısa jinekolojik girişim uygulanan ASA I klasifikasyonuna giren 43 olgu üzerinde gerçekleştirildi 1. gruba anestezi indüksiyonunda 2 mg/kg propofol, 2. gruba ise indüksiyondan önce 5 V-g/kg alfentanil, indüksiyonda ise 1,5 mg/kg propofol veril¬di Operasyon boyunca hastaların EKG, noninvazlv kan basınçları, Nabız hızları ve oksijen saturasyonları monitörize edûdl Grupla¬rın indüksiyon, operasyon ve derlenme özellikleri karşılaştırıldı. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre propofol anestezisinin outpatient aneste¬zide iyi bir seçenek olduğu sonucuna varıldı.
