Postmenapozal kanamalarda histopatolojik bulgular

Abstract

In tihis study, 103 patients who had been operated on with the diagnosis of postmenopausal bleeding were examined retros¬pectively. Histopathological examination results of the surgical specimens revealed that, 57.28% of the cases were due to organic and 24.27% of the cases were due to non-organic uterine pathologies.ln 18.44% of the patients, bleeding was due to cervical pa¬thologies. Among organic uterine pathologies, endometrial carcinoma and hyperplasia; among-non-organic uterine pathologies atrqfic endometrium were most common.

Özet

Retrospektif olarak yapılan bu çalışmada, postmenapozal kanama tanısıyla opera edilen 103 olgu incelendi Operasyon mater-yeüerinin histopatolojik değerlendirme sonuçlarına göre: olguların %57.28'inde organik uterin patoloji, %24.27'sinde nonorganlk ute-rin patoloji, %18.44'ûnde ise servikal patomoji saptandı. Organik uterin patolojilerde endometrtyel karsinoma ve hiperplazi, non or¬ganik uterin patolojilerde ise atrofik endometriyum en sık görülen histopatolojik bulgu idi.
