AN EMPIRICAL RESEARCH ABOUT TURMOB E- CORPORATION SOFTWARE UPON EVALUATION OF MEMBERS OF THE PROFESSION

HAKSIZ REKABETİ ÖNLEME AÇISINDAN TÜRMOB E-BİRLİK YAZILIMI HAKKINDA MESLEK MENSUPLARININ DEĞERLENDİRMELERİ ÜZERİNE AMPİRİK BİR ÇALIŞMA

Abstract

Lots of researches have been done to preventmembers of thisprofession' (Public Accountant, Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor, Certified Public Accountant) unfair competition and struggling against unfair competition from past to present. One of the most important studies in this field is the Software of Struggle against Unfair Competition published in the Official Gazette with number 28850 in 13 December 2013 and came into force in 01.01.2015. Usage of the software by members of the profession provided by TÜRMOB, is removed from being optional usage and provided to be compulsory profession decision. This study is done to evaluate the unfair competition perception of the members of profession in Kütahya, and their criticisms, expectations and attitudes about the software, also evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the E-Unity system to prevent unfair competition.

Özet

Meslek mensuplarının (Serbest Muhasebeci, Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavir, Yeminli Mali Müşavir) haksız rekabetini önleme ve haksız rekabet için mücadele etme açısından geçmişten günümüze kadar bir çok çalışma yapılmıştır. Bu alanda yapılan çalışmalardan en önemlilerinden birisi de, 13 Aralık 2013 tarihinde 28850 sayılı resmi gazetede yayınlanarak 01.01.2015 tarihinde yürürlüğe girmiş olan "Haksız Rekabetle Mücadele Yazılımı"dır. TÜRMOB tarafından uygulamaya kazandırılan yazılımın, meslek mensuplarınca kullanılması ihtiyari olmaktan çıkarılıp mecburi meslek kararı olması sağlanmıştır. BuçalışmaKütahyailindeçalışmakta olan meslek mensuplarının haksız rekabet algısını ve onların yazılımla ilgili eleştiri, beklenti ve tutumlarını, haksız rekabeti önlemede E-birlik sisteminin yeterliliğini ve etkinliğini ölçmek amacıyla yapılmıştır.
