COMPARATİVE ANALYSİS OF JOINT COST ALLOCATION METHODS

Abstract

Joint Product's cots can be calculated by using allocation methods. However, these methods are subjective. Therefore, joint products' costs may be differentiable according to allocation methods. The aim of this study is to examine the methods of cost allocation of joint products and to apply these methods in the sample business. The study consists of seven titles. The first five titles of the study is about searching of literature. The sixth title is an application. In the theoretical part, the study investigates the concepts of joint products, by products and allocation methods of joint products. In the application part, allocation methods of joint products are applied to the sample business

Özet

Birleşik mamullerin maliyetleri, dağıtım yöntemleri kullanılarak hesaplanabilmektedir. Ancak, bu yöntemler subjektiftir. Bu nedenle, birleşik mamullerin maliyetleri, dağıtım yöntemlerine göre farklılaşabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, birleşik mamullerde maliyet dağıtım yöntemleri incelenerek, bu yöntemlerin bir örnek işletmede uygulanması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma yedi başlıktan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın ilk beş başlığı literatür araştırmasıdır. Altıncı başlık uygulamadır. Çalışmanın teorik kısmında, birleşik mamul, yan mamul kavramları, birleşik mamulleri dağıtım yöntemleri incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında, birleşik maliyet dağıtım yöntemleri bir işletme üzerine uygulanmıştır
