The widins in the spectrum of Behçet's disease

Abstract
We report a case of Behçet's Disease with aphtous stomatitis, genital ulcération, ophtalmological and skin findings; and massive pericardial and pleural effusion, vena porta thrombosis and portal hypertension findings, pericardial hematoma which occluded inflow of the right ventricle, superior vena cava and right atrial thrombosis and defibrination syndrome.

Aftöz stomatit, genital ülserasyonlar, oftalmolojik ve cilt bulguları, masif plevral efüzyonu, vena porta trombozisi ve portal hipertansiyon belirtileri, sağ ventrikül girişini engelleyen perikardiyal sıvı ve organize heınatomu, süperiyor vena cava ve sağ atriyumda trombüsü ve defıbrinizasyon sendromu olan bir Behçet hastasını sunuyoruz.
