Chronic myeloid leukemia and pregnancy treated with hydroxyurea

Abstract
I case of chronic myeloid leukemia who was diagnosed at the 18th weeks of gestation was treated with hydroxyurea. A fetus weighing 3400gr was delivered at 38th weeks of gestation. There was no complication associated with the mother 's primary disease and its treatment both in baby and mother.

Gebeliğinin 18. haftasında kronik myeloid lösemi tanısı alan, hidroksiüre tedavisi başlanan ve lökosit sayısı kontrol altına alınan bir olgu sunuldu. 38. haftada sağlıklı, 3400gr bir bebek doğurtuldu. Anne ve bebekte hastalığa ve tedaviye bağlı komplikasyon gelişmedi.
