Inflammatory pseudotumors of the lung

Abstract
Inflamatory pseudotümör is a rare lesion in the lungs but because of misdiagnosing as a tumorur clinically and histologically it is really important. We introduce two cases (47 and 57 years old) operated for lung carcinoma whole postoperative pathologic diagnosis is pseudotümör, more rarely seen in adults, supported with the literature.

İnflammatuar pseudotümör akciğerde nadir gönden ancak klinik ve histopatolojik olarak tümörle karışması nedeniyle oldukça önemli bir lezyondıır. Akciğer kanseri ön tanısıyla operasyona alman 47 ve 57 yaşlarındaki iki erkek olguya, erişkinde çok daha nadir görülen İnflamatuar pseudotümör tanısı vermemiz nedeniyle olgularımızı bu konudaki literatür eşliğinde sunmaktayız.
